    Even after specifying, twice, I needed a 150,000 mile service for my 2500 HD, when I checked in I had to ask for all of the components of the major service. No one seemed to know what a 150,000 mile service required. But the people were kind and friendly.

    Universal Chevrolet of Zebulon had my 2026 Equinox in their service department for a new transmission. Working with Melinda in the service department was a great experience. My equinox was under warranty and fell under the GM warranty for repair.
